We are working on a release of the Radballs OST. Use a quick flicking action to move Radballs. Quick, short flicks work best and will help you stay alive on harder levels.
Keep moving in a line by tapping ahead. If you want to move a Radball several places, flick them, then keep tapping them rapidly in the direction you want them to go. It takes a little practice, but once you get the hang of it you’ll be able to swap pieces across rows or columns super-fast.
Tip-of-the-Day: Make a Radballs Playlist
So you can add your own tunes to Radballs* (if you haven’t found that already, check out Learn > Lesson8: Import Your Own Music from the Main Menu). Now that you’re all about puzzling out to your own jams, try these tips to make managing your mixes a bit easier…
Synch a Radballs Playlist from iTunes If you manage your music collection on your computer, make a Radballs Playlist and use it to keep the songs you want to play in the game in one place. Synch that playlist to your iDevice, and then, when adding music to Radballs in the Soundtrack Menu, choose to add by Playlist (bottom left) and navigate to your Radballs playlist.
Don’t Load-up Too Much Music In order for Radballs to use your music (to process and filter it, and to let you scratch it) it has to duplicate it into the Radballs app folder. So if you add a lot of music, the app bundle will get really big. It is better to manage a small playlist of music you want to use within Radballs, and to delete tracks you aren’t using to keep the file size down.
Spring Cleaning To clean out all the music you imported, visit the Options link in the Main Menu, scroll down to ‘Your Radballs Playlist’ and choose ‘Clear All’. This will wipe out any music copied into Radballs (but not the original music in your regular library!).
* You can import any non-DRM format music that you own from your iTunes library (MP3, M4A, etc.). We recently fixed a bug where certain M4A files crashed the game, so now you should be able to import your favorite music without a hitch.
